Refunds
If the audit fails after you have paid and no usable report is produced, the full amount is refunded automatically.
A failure is an audit that stops without a report: your site could not be reached, a service the audit depends on failed, or the audit timed out.
The refund goes back to the original payment method, and your account shows the audit as Refunded.
A limited report is not a failure. If the audit finishes but some parts are thin or empty, you keep the report, and it says exactly what is limited and why.
